- The constitution Belongs to you! - To mark the sixtieth anniversary of the European Convention on Human Rights, the European Court of Human Rights has produced a 3-minute video-clip presenting the 15 main rights and freedoms in the Convention and its Protocols. Aimed at a wide range of viewers, especially in the 15-25 age bracket, the video-clip is curr...ently available in English and French, with versions in other official languages of member States to be developed during the year. The Court wishes to encourage initiatives aimed at including this video-clip in civic education programmes.
